I hate to write this but the truth is that the Oppo Reno5 Pro 5G is an upgraded version of the Oppo Reno4 Pro 5G.It is priced at ₹35990 for the 8/128GB model.
Yes there are differences which I will point out in this post but personally I had wished for more.Most importantly I do not think there is any reason for someone who already posseses the Reno4 Pro to upgrade to the Oppo Reno5 Pro 5G.

DIFFERENCE
The main difference with the Oppo Reno4 Pro is that the Oppo Reno5 Pro houses the new Mediatek Dimensity 1000+ chipset while the former has Snapdragon 765G.Both these chipsets are 5G ready.The Dimensity has max. Clock speed of 2.6GHz compared to 2.4GHz of the Snapdragon.The performance is yet to be seen though we all are well aware that a Snapdragon SoC is better than Mediatek.
The second difference is in the rear camera section.The primary camera of the Oppo Reno5 Pro is of 64MP while the Reno4 Pro had 48MP.But the good news ends here.The Reno4 Pro has a 12MP ultrawide sensor compared to that of 8MP in the Oppo Reno5 Pro. Moreover the Reno4 Pro has a telephoto lens which is completely missing in the Oppo Reno5 Pro. In stead it has those two 2MP sensors which never is of good quality.
Another difference is in the battery size. The Oppo Reno5 Pro houses a 4350mAH battery while the Reno4 has 4000mAH.
CONCLUSION
The Oppo Reno5 Pro is premium looking no doubt. The curved edges, slim body and its very light weight makes it look awesome to be honest. The colours are also beautiful and the over beautified images have a separate fan base.
The price could have been a little lower in my opinion. Anyways what are your thoughts?Please let me know in comments.
